milliwattlabs.com is run by Emtanon LLC (“we”). By using this site, its demo, or anything you download from it, you agree to these terms.
Licenses
Each model and app has its own license, and that license governs your use of it:
- Leokani-tts 7M: CC BY-NC 4.0, non-commercial use only. Its training audio was generated with Kokoro-82M by hexgrad (Apache-2.0).
- YuE2-3B 4-bit: CC BY-NC 4.0, non-commercial use only. It is an unofficial conversion of YuE2-3B by M-A-P, not made or endorsed by them.
- ChorusPop apps: ChorusPop’s terms.
Third-party parts keep their own licenses, listed on each model’s page.
Commercial use

Acceptable use
Don’t use the site or its demo to break any law, or to break into, overload or disrupt the site.
Leokani-tts. Don’t use Leokani-tts, or speech made with it, to:
- impersonate a real person, or make it sound like someone said something they didn’t, without their consent;
- deceive or defraud people, including scams, phishing calls and fake emergency or official messages;
- harass, threaten or bully anyone, or produce hateful or sexual content involving minors;
- spread disinformation, including fake news audio or election-related deception;
- break any law, including privacy, consumer-protection and robocall rules.
Tell people when speech is synthetic wherever the law requires it or they could reasonably be misled.
Speech made with Leokani-tts carries an inaudible watermark, built into the model, that lets Milliwatt Labs recognize audio it generated. The mark is the same in all audio and contains no information about you or your text.
YuE2-3B 4-bit. Don’t use YuE2-3B 4-bit, or music made with it, to:
- imitate a real artist’s voice or present a song as theirs, without their consent;
- copy or reproduce copyrighted lyrics, melodies or recordings you don’t have the rights to;
- deceive people, including passing generated songs off as a real artist’s release;
- harass, threaten or defame anyone, or make hateful content or sexual content involving minors;
- break any law.
Say a song is AI-generated wherever a platform or the law requires it.
What you make
Text you type into the demo stays on your device. You’re responsible for what you make and how you use it. Generated speech and music can be wrong, imperfect, or resemble existing work.
No warranty
The site, the demo, the models, the apps and all downloads are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Emtanon LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or anything from it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US$100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
