Instrumental mode

Two ways to get a song with no singing.

Remove vocals

iOS and Mac. Make the song as usual, then open its Song settings ▸ Versions and choose Remove vocals. See Stems and mixing.

Instrumental switch

Only in the Android beta, version 1.0 (9). The Google Play, App Store and Mac apps don't have it.

• In New song ▸ Advanced, turn on Instrumental above the lyrics. The lyrics stay, but aren't sung.
• In Import MIDI, turn on Instrumental and the lead is played instead of sung.
• In Edit plan, tap Make instrumental.
